Personal income fell for the 3rd straight quarter in Louisiana, the worst showing in the Country. The Feds report shows recession is hanging on in the Pelican State along with Mississippi, Kentucky, Nebraska and South Dakota.
The National recovery is weaker than expected because of slow business construction and lower inventories. In November, existing home sales were higher as people took advantage of tax credits for first time home buyers, up to 8-thousand dollars.
