"Circle K" On Jackson Street Robbed

Alexandria Police are looking for a young, white male who robbed the Circle K Convenience store at 4029 Jackson street. The 21 year old female clerk told police the suspect came in the store about 1:30 Tuesday morning asking for Marlboro cigarettes. As she turned back around, he was pointing what looked like a black semi automatic pistol and demanded all the cash in the register. The suspect got away with only 50-dollars in cash and 2 packs of cigarettes. The APD report states the robber is in his early 20's, wearing a baseball cap, black trench coat and blue jeans. He was last seen walking toward the Wendy's parking lot next door.
