Coroner Dr. Francis Brian Jr. is trying to determine the cause of death of 22 year old Amanda Stroud of Montgomery in Grant Parish. Her body was found floating in Kincaid Lake Tuesday afternoon by fishermen. Amanda was reported missing January 20th and was last seen in the Pineville area January 9th. An autopsy was completed but did not reveal the exact cause of death. Further toxicology results may reveal one of the mysteries of her death.

Word is that Amanda had a serious meth problem. My guess is her death is drug abuse related and another meth head panicked and dumped her body.
The above comment seems to be pretty accurate, I've followed this case. Despite her family's "contentions", it seems like this was a speed-freak death.
