Lawmen find a loaded .45-caliber pistol under a 6 year old boy when they stopped his dad's vehicle. 26 year old Brandon Dale Allen of Alexandria faces multiple charges including: possession of cocaine, hydrocodone, marijuana, child endangerment, illegally carrying a weapon with drugs, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, possession of drugs in a school zone, illegal tint and improper lane usage. Narcotic agents stopped the vehicle at the corner of Chester and Jackson streets.
Agents had received a tip that Allen was making drug deliveries in Alexandria.

Steve, the first reaction will be "My God, how could anybody put a young child at risk?" Well, that's so. But the real kicker is that this town is literally covered with thugs carring guns. It's not the 6 year old at risk but all of us. Jackson at Chester. The heart of the so called garden district. The citizens of this town better wise up that the government has failed to do it's job and it's now up to us as a free people to look out for ourselves. And that means arming ourselves if necessary. You do not need a license to open carry a gun in your car or on your hip out of the car.
The criminals make sure they are packing heat! Everyone in Alexandria needs to have a gun in their car and carry it open or concealed to walk in parking lots.
My question is; Why is this SOB still breathing air?
The garden district? That whole area is nothing but a happy hunting ground for some of the opportunists of this fair city.
You gotta love it, CENLA, a great place to raise your family.
